Product Introduction

The WCKJ-VOCs-3000 fixed pollution source volatile organic compound online monitoring system consists of three basic parts: volatile organic compound monitoring subsystem, exhaust gas parameter monitoring subsystem, and system control and data acquisition subsystem. It can monitor gas organic pollutants such as methane, total hydrocarbons, and non methane total hydrocarbons (expandable benzene derivatives (benzene, toluene, xylene, etc.) in exhaust gas, as well as parameters such as humidity, temperature, pressure, and flow rate of exhaust gas. The tested exhaust gas undergoes dust removal through a sampling probe, heat tracing through a heat tracing tube, and enters the high-temperature chromatographic analysis module (GC-FID) for analysis and measurement. For the monitoring of high boiling point organic pollutants in exhaust gas, it can effectively avoid adsorption losses during sample collection and transmission, ensuring excellent performance and stability from sample sampling, analysis, data upload, and maintenance.

Product advantages

The overall scheme design of the total heat method is suitable for harsh working conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, high concentration, and high dust. From sampling to analysis, high-temperature tracing is used throughout the process, effectively reducing sample loss and ensuring the authenticity and reliability of data;
The sampling pipeline is made of PTFE or inert metal weakly adsorbing material, with a heat tracing temperature of 120 ℃ (adjustable), effectively reducing the loss of sample adsorption caused by the sampling pipeline;
